The company intel informs its partners, system integrators, about that which moves away from the Price- list three models Of pentium 4 600x  series. These are processors: Pentium 4 650 (3,4 GHz), Pentium 4 640 (3,2 GHz) and Pentium 4 630 (3,0 GHz). Last orders for the delivery of these models will be accepted on 4 May this year, and the boundary date of dispatch - 3 August  2007 and July of 2008 (OEM). After this, in the assortment Of intel will remain four additional processors pentium 4. Those models are 631, 641 and 651, which are completely similar to those, which disappear in summer. Their difference from those that they are removed from Price- list - core and the technical process: 65- nm cedar mill. Also remains in the custom even 90 nm model 551, which has only 1 mb cache L2.
