In last year the company thermalright was  noted by the production of passive cooling system HR-03, intended for video card with GPU NVIDIA 7950GT. However, this GPU already left from highest leagues, and therefore Thermalright hurried to update its product, after releasing  HR-03 plus. But how differ the new one from HR-03?
