The corporation sanDisk presented to Consumer electronics show (CES)) USBTV - new, initiative technology, which will allow users with the ease to be turned with its digital content - to transfer it with pc to the TV- panel with the comfortable use on the large screen and without excess troubles.

USBTV - technology the initiative Of sanDisk, which transfers video from pc to TV using the intermediate device. It is equipped with a small volume of flash- memory player, which has direct connection with both computer and TV- panel.

Since today for the transfer of video content is usually used the optical drive (written disk CD/DVD format on the burner drive pc) and only then they put in player DVD to get image in the tv , the new device called to help to avoid these inconveniences and expenditure of time.

Player USBTV is connected to pc on the system bus USB. For pc in this case USBTV represents external flash USB with the possibility of the straight transfer of files (drag and drop).

SanDisk at the press conference, which was on the exhibition CES demonstrated prototype USBTV with the panel DU . The key special feature of device is the built-in processor, which makes possible to convert any format video into intelligible for the television set standard.

It is expected that the first models of portable devices USBTV will appear in sale already this spring. As in contemporary player DVD/divX in them will be realized the user screen menu, which makes possible to select necessary action. At the given moment sanDisk does not reveal information about the price of USBTV.
