The solution in favor this version NVIDIA could make until 31 January, 2008.

However, the producer of graphic processors solved otherwise: to forego the use of technology and not to pay anything.

Let us recall, agreement described above was achieved as the result of examining the action about the disturbance of patent, which in its time oPTi gave in the relation NVIDIA.
